Shipping Policy

All orders placed on amandarosejewelry.com are shipped via USPS from Los Angeles California. After your order is processed and confirmed, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. (Please allow an additional 2-4 business days due to Covid-19.)

Amanda Rose is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has left our care. For rush orders please contact info@amandarosejewelry.com.

Custom Beaded Bracelets ship within 2-3 business days. (Please allow an additional 2-4 business days due to Covid-19.)

Your order will be shipped once your transaction is approved.  For orders shipped to an address other than the credit card billing address, we may require additional verification. We are not able to ship to PO Box Addresses. Please contact info@amandarosejewelry.com with any special shipping requests.

Some orders may require additional verification.  For your protection, our associates may contact you by email or by phone to verify your order. If we are unable to contact you for verification, shipping delays may occur.

Packages are delivered Monday-Saturday only. Amanda Rose cannot assume responsibility for USPS shipping delays. We've noticed a slight delay in USPS deliveries during the holiday season, and recommend choosing the fastest shipping method.

Amanda Rose provides insured shipping to all orders placed within the Continental United States. Please note that Amanda Rose cannot offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii or any location outside of the United States. Free Shipping promotion applies to merchandise purchased on amandarosejewelry.com only.

Order Status

We will email order status updates to the email address you provide at check-out. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.
