RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and returned in original packaging (Amanda Rose box and/or pouch). Items may be returned within 7 days from the date you received your package was delivered to your shipping address. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and in original packaging (Amanda Rose gift box and/or pouch). After this 7 day period, only unopened/unused products will be accepted for exchange only within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than amandarosejewelry.com.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. We highly advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express, USPS Priority insured or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Amanda Rose does not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or any merchandise that has been worn. Sale items are only eligible for exchanges if received within 7 days of when your item was delivered.
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received at our returns processing center.
Regular orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping. If you wish to cancel an order after shipping please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for return instructions.
We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for items canceled once they have been shipped. For cancelled orders placed using our free shipping option, customer will be responsible for any shipping charges we incur to ship your package, if package has been shipped prior to notification of cancellation. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Special Orders and Custom Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into production.
